How do I return an item?

UnUsed/UnOpened:

Returns for IR Heater Store products must be made within 45 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. IR Heater Store will either replace the product or issue a credit to your credit card for the purchase price.
For product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:

  • Provide the purchase date
  • The original invoice number
  • The item/part number
  • Brief description of why are you returning product also indicating whether you would like a replacement product or a credit to your credit card.would like a replacement product or a credit to your credit card.
    • Please email to: [email protected] for approval and to receive an authorization number.
    • When shipping the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip or copy of original invoice. Ship the package to the same address on the packing slip. Please prepay shipping –  IR Heater Store does not accept C.O.D.s.

Installed or removed from packaging:

The same conditions as listed above, except:

  • Installed, operated, or open packaging items may be subject to 20% restocking/repackaging charge.
  • This covers any item that has been removed from it’s original packaging, installed, attempted to install, or operated in any fashion.

Limited Warranty:

All products sold are warranted by IR Heater Store. IR Heater Store warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six month after the date of purchase from IR Heater Store, unless otherwise stated. Provided that IR Heater Store accepts the product for return during the limited warranty period, IR Heater Store may, at its option:

  • Repair
  • Replace; or
  • Refund the amount paid by the customer

Please return the product to IR Heater Store, shipping costs prepaid. IR Heater Store’s repair, replacement, or refund of amounts paid by customer for the product, shall be customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

For warranty returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling. Proof of purchase is required in all cases:

  • Provide the purchase date
  • The original invoice number
  • The item/part number
  • Brief description of the defect
